Exciting opportunities exist for:

  • Senior Payroll Executive, Stapleford, Nottingham - Interviews 13/11/09
  • Duties include managing and liaising with clients on payroll related queries; operating computerised payroll bureau software package; completing manual PAYE and NIC calculations; processing expat, inpat and NAECI payrolls from data input to completion including new starter, leaver, bonus, salary increase, pension and benefit calculations; processing SMP, SSP, SAP, P45, P46, P11D and other documentation and calculations.

    Our ideal candidate will be PC literate, have some knowledge of expat, inpat and NAECI and must have an understanding of BACS, with a proven background in a variety of payroll functions in a busy payroll department. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. This role requires a proactive attitude, flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to attend networking events during early mornings / late evenings.   • Finance and Administration Manager, Alfreton
    We are looking to recruit an experienced Finance and Administration Manager with strong administrative skills for this exciting new role, where the successful candidate will set up and operate a new accounts and payroll system. Financial duties include all aspects of sales and purchase ledger, credit control, profit and loss analysis and operating the payroll system so relevant experience and qualifications are essential. The administrative aspect of this role comprises typing letters and reports, operating spreadsheets and databases, telephone and reception duties.

    As the front line of our office, you must portray a professional image at all times. You will liaise closely with the bank, colleagues, clients and suppliers so excellent communication skills are essential. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach and be comfortable working within a small company.   • Mechanical Design / Contract Engineer, Alfreton
    Piping and vessel design experience is required for this role. An appreciation of skids, pumps, controls, pneumatics and utilities is preferred and a strong technical and mechanical bias, coupled with sound commercial awareness, will help you thrive.

    The position is UK Office based with the possibility of travel. Candidates will ideally have a degree or HND in Marine / Mechanical Engineering. Equivalent experience with the capability of 3-D modelling and familiarity with classification society rules and inspection is acceptable. You will be responsible to the Marine Engineering Manager for the execution of contracts from quote to commissioning including design, approval, technical materials procurement, monitoring equipment assembly and documentation.
